• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes! However, due to the effects of COVID-19, there is an increased chance of delays for all international orders and a list of countries that USPS has suspended mail service to and I therefore cannot ship to at all. Check the status of your country before ordering, as this changes and please check my social media for any updates!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Orders are usually shipped out Tuesdays and Thursdays EST. Once shipped, it can take 3-5 days for domestic US order and 2-6 weeks for international orders. Note US orders have tracking, but international orders vary by country. If you still have not received your package in that time, check your tracking number. If it appears to be 'stuck' or it's been more than 5 weeks since placing your order, please contact me so I can help resolve the issue!

• Does my order come with tracking?

  Sticker-only, patch-only and sticker+patch orders do NOT have tracking, but all pin, washi and large print orders do. Your confirmation email should include a tracking number once your order is shipped! However, this can vary for non-US orders by country so please check when ordering if you're unsure.

• How do I iron on my patch?

  To iron on your patch, first preheat your clothes iron to high heat with steam OFF. Iron the spot you want to adhere the patch to. Place the patch where you want it. Then place a towel or similar cloth overtop the patch and press the hot iron overtop. Apply pressure and hold in place for about 30 seconds. Patch should be adhered to the designated surface! If not, try holding for longer and/or adjusting your iron to a hotter setting. Be careful not to burn yourself or the material you are ironing!

• What are B Grades?

  Because enamel pins are made by hand one at a time, each is unique and can have a range of potential defects. B Grade pins are pins with slight defects or damage and sold at a reduced price! These defects might include dents, scratches or marks in the enamel, sections of missing or incorrect color, chips in the gold plating, etc. Not all designs have B grades available and they are usually in small amounts.

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

• What if something is wrong with my order?

  If you have a problem with an order from this store, please contact the store directly, either through the Contact page or through your Storenvy account settings page.
